Sea & See is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to accommodate these circumstances.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled experience date qualify for a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled experience date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the experience date are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Sea & See:

  • If an experience is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or safety concerns, a full refund will be issued or the experience can be rescheduled.
